Many years ago, people tend to think that panic attacks are more of a curse than a medical condition. These people may end up in some mental institution without any complete explanation. No one can know what the causes of panic attack disorder are or was able to administer a simple panic attack control.

Basically the process of EMDR requires the person to acknowledge the experience and after that, the therapist will help the patient process the experience. Panic attack control could happen instantaneously under good conditions.

We are still at the mercy of panic attacks. As long as we can’t find the reason we can’t really prevent it permanently. However, there are number of ways for panic attack control. Anyone who has this condition should never worry on how will they lived through it.
